Position Summary

The Carlyle Group seeks to hire an Analyst to support our firm's fundraising efforts. The Analyst will provide sales support to our LATAM Senior Relationship Managers (SRMs) and Consultant Relations team, who fundraise across all of the firm's investment verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage engagements with investors to align with fundraising strategy
  • Translate fundraising plans into calendar of investor engagements
  • Equip relationship managers with relevant investor information and context
  • Prepare and update presentations for investor meetings
  • Liaise with product specialists to ascertain meeting follow up
  • Track and analyze fundraising data e.g. fundraising status, investor commitments
  • Support the preparation of materials for conferences
  • Focus segment distribution efforts in line with strategic priorities and objectives
  • Optimize fundraising productivity of LATAM SRMs and Consultant Relations RMs
  • Enable productive investor interactions by providing RMs with relevant information
  • Provide insight on segment fundraising efforts to inform future strategies

Qualifications

Education & Certificates

  • Bachelor's degree required

Professional Experience

  • 1-4 years of prior experience in Investor Relations, Financial Services or related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required

Benefits/Compensation

The compensation range for this role is specific to New York City and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications.

The anticipated base salary for this role is $125,000.

In addition to the base salary, the hired professional will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package spanning retirement benefits, health insurance, life insurance and disability, paid time off, paid holidays, family planning benefits and various wellness programs. Additionally, the hired professional may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
