Job Description:
The Ryan White Program provides client services totaling nearly $15,000,000 per year the citizens of Nebraska. These services and the clients who receive them need to be continually monitored to ensure they eligible, allowable, and accurately documented. Reviewing this documentation is not possible with the present staff available.

Join the Ryan White Part B HIV Care program, help review client services for eligibility and payment. Provide full spectrum health care administration. Coordinate with medical providers across Nebraska and monitor utilization of pharmacy services to ensure clients are not lost to care.

Job Duties:

• Review client eligibility documentation for accuracy
• Review client medication assistance records and coordinate with the insurance and pharmacy team members to locate clients who are potentially misbilled or lost to care
• Review medical claims for clients to determine payor of last resort and allowable billing codes
• Review quarterly HRSA/HAB performance reports with client records to locate potential disparities

Requirements / Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: Coursework/training or experience in public contact, customer service, and/or performing and applying office/clerical support procedures, including the use of a personal computer, associated software, and office equipment.

Preferred Qualifications: Majoring in Public Health or Healthcare Administration

Other: Must be currently enrolled in a college or university

Skills in: Organization, problem solving, written and oral communication.

Ability to: Be a self-starter
