RPA Developer Co-op Internship
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated RPA Developer Co-op Intern to join our team for a 6-month period in Boston, Massachusetts. Responsibilities:
- Design and code Bots using various automation tools, particularly Microsoft Power Automate and possibly UiPath
- Strong programming skills
- Familiarity with RPA tools, particularly Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath
- Understand, define, and analyze business processes for automation.
- Complete several projects over the course of the internship and present findings and business impact to senior management.
Certifications and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with RPA tools, particularly Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere. The candidate would be expected to earn their Automation Anywhere Certified RPA Professional and Microsoft Power Automate Developer certifications at the beginning of their internship if not already obtained.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field
- Strong programming skills with experience in one or more programming languages
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, and data modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
