RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Rotating Equipment Specialist in Corpus Christi, TX.Summary:The Rotating Equipment Specialist will provide constructability/review drawings for rotating equipment, including heat exchangers, boilers, pressure vessels, filters, and piping systems of various metallurgies.REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience
- Rotating Equipment Field Engineer experience
- Alignment
- Laser
- A-line
- Rim and Face
- Reverse
- Vibration analysis
- API 686
- API 610
- Precision tool measurements
- Grouting
- Precision leveling
- Shimming
- Soft foot
- Pipe stress
- Gear box lashing checks
- Mechanical Couplings
- Thermal expansion
- Dampeners
- Engineering degree with work background reflecting the items above
- Semi-self-sufficient (Example: Able to interpret drawings and codes/standards for their expertise with little to no help on inspections)
- Mechanical or Process Engineering degree is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
