RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a growing multi-state service based company in the Grand Rapids, MI area is looking to add a Revenue Manager to their corporate accounting team. This position will report to the Director and manage 2-3 staff. This company does have a hybrid work environment.Summary:The main job duties will be ensuring accrued revenue is posted accurately each month, as well as invoicing and reconciling outstanding balances. The Revenue Manager will work to integrate and automate the revenue recognition process using various internally generated and ERP system.Duties Include:- Manage revenue variances due to controllable data/policy issues with cross functional teams
- As a Revenue Manager, you will update internal stakeholders of budget impacts and revenue projections
- Create journal entries to recognize revenue monthly
- Manage accounts receivable balances and reconcile monthly and by the end of the fiscal year
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
- Five years or more of experience in revenue tracking and reconciliation required
- Five years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
