Job Summary
- Plans and executes data and quality audits within Tower Health's Revenue Cycle (RC) for purposes of examining and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the RC system of internal control.
- Monitors compliance with the RC established policies.
- Works closely with all levels of RC Leadership on projects and reviews leadership requests.
- Provides feedback on current processes, assessing effectiveness of the revenue cycle key controls.
- Performs audits as assigned and as needed.
Qualifications
Education Requirements
- 4 year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
Experience
- Finance or Accounting background helpful
- Prior hospital revenue cycle experience
- Epic experience & billing knowledge
