Role Definition:

• As a Restructure Analyst you will assist customers with contract modifications providing payment and non-payment relief.
  

Responsibilities:

• Supporting customers in financial distress with innovative financial solutions.
• Working with internal departments to conduct research and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Executes the daily quoting/documentation and booking activities for the department.

Skills and Experience:

• Follows proper data gathering and analysis processes and policies.
• Explains operational functions and key functional roles of own department or unit.
• Helps others research and learn more about business analytics tools and applications.
• Recognizes changing demands and priorities; validates changes with management.
• Understands how current assignments contribute to organizational goals.
• Performs at least 2-3 concurrent activities without reducing productivity.
• Identifies key aspects of problem-solving techniques used in own area.
• Provides a quality of service that customers describe as excellent.
• Provides direct service to internal or external customers.
• Explains the importance of accuracy in own function or unit.
• Identifies tasks or outputs that require accuracy and detail-level attention.

Additional Information:

• This role is a hybrid position and would require any successful candidate to commit to a 3 day per week in office requirement.
