As the Reporting & Administrative Specialist you will:

  • Maintain system reports for the teams supported
  • Analyze reports; provide analysis and advisement to management
  • Provide reports to the dealership field support teams, as needed
  • Schedule Technical Training sessions based on expressed demand, anticipated demand, and custom requests
  • Add, modify, or remove course and training session offerings in the LMS as directed
  • Assist with sourcing equipment to support Technical Training courses, as needed
  • Assist with the purchasing process for the team, as needed

The salary range for this position is $76,000 - $109,000 annually
(Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or higher with at least two years of business administration and/or reporting & analytics experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to be a self-starter and prioritize assigned tasks to meet business needs and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, & Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
