Antea USA, Inc. (Antea®Group) is seeking both full-time and part-time Reimbursement Specialists in our Sacramento, CA, St. Paul, MN and/or Loveland, CO office locations.

The Reimbursement Specialist will primarily focus on the preparation and submittal of all documents necessary to claim available state funds within the state Environmental Underground Storage Tank (UST) Fund program. Candidates must possess strong organization and communication skills (verbal and written) and a demonstrated drive for continuous improvement. They must be willing to be persistent in pursuing project goals and meeting regulatory deadlines, flexible while navigating complex regulatory frameworks and requirements, and comfortable seeking out fellow team members for assistance. Core components of the role include maintaining reimbursement claim packages along with additional project tasks supporting Antea Group clients.

Where will I work?

This position is a hybrid work environment, and it is expected that this position report to the office periodically and/or as requested for in-person meetings, mentorship, and collaboration with other team members. The ideal candidate must be willing to work a flexible weekday schedule of full-time 40-hours or part-time 30 - 39 hours. We offer a starting salary of $18.00 per hour.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and submit underground storage tank reimbursement claims for multiple states and clients.
• Create and edit written company correspondence and visuals in an accurate and grammatically correct manner.
• Perform data/word processing tasks, including computer edits of documents.
• Create, edit, enhance, and ensure accuracy in complex spreadsheets, forms, presentations, and management data.
• Guard and protect the confidentiality of all information and documents.
• Provide timely and accurate follow-up to projects assigned.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation in both electronic and hard copy.

Qualifications

• College Graduate preferred; applicable experience in lieu of college degree will be considered
• Experience and/or education in accounting, banking, bookkeeping, insurance, payroll, call center or data processing is a plus
• Willing to work a flexible weekday schedule of full-time 40-hours OR part-time 30 - 39 hours in a challenging work environment, supporting a national reimbursement claims team
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (TEAMS, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail is required
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively by maintaining open communication channels with fellow team members
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality is mandatory
• Compliance with any client requirements, including but not limited to COVID-19 vaccine mandates
• Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Physical Requirements / Work Environment - Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities, which may include the following:

• Sedentary to light work (typical office or administrative work)
• Frequently required to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time
• Occasional lifting and carrying of low (under 25lbs) to moderate (25-49lbs) weight objects
• Repetitive motions: substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (including reaching)
• Subject to inside environmental conditions (protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change)
• Operation of a motor vehicle
