Position Details
Collaborating with other members of the team on the implementation of a recovery-oriented person-centered treatment and support plan. Performing physical health medical monitoring, assessment, etc. Supporting implementation of intensive therapeutic services in all types of settings, including but not limited to community living arrangements, schools, community settings, and natural support residences.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Applicant must possess a degree from an accredited school of nursing and a current unrestricted license for the state of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Register Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health.
• Knowledge and understanding of recovery principles and recovery driven service system
• Understanding of adults with serious mental illness and/or intellectual developmental disabilities
• Applicant must also possess a valid PA Driver License and ability to pass appropriate state and federal clearances.
