An Entertainment Company is seeking a Refresh Technician in Anaheim, CA.

Role Description

Refresh of desktop, laptop, and MAC equipment. Includes hardware refresh, peripheral refresh, data transfer, install of additional applications when required. May include installation of external peripherals.

Skills & Requirements

• Attention to detail ( Asset information must be accurate)
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products (word, excel, powerpoint
• Strong customer service skills (face to face)
• Strong communication skills ( team members and team leaders)
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to work long hours and out in the field
• IT problem solving

Required Qualifications:
• 2-4 yrs of experience with IT field support
• CompTIA A+ Certification
• Experience with Network configurations and devices
