Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Recovery Coach in the Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS) program at Behavioral Health Network!

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the ACCS program with the following:

  • Providing high-quality community-based care to individuals.
  • Ensuring that individuals connect with recovery support services they are interested in.
  • Helping individuals identify and overcome barriers to better engage them in recovery.
  • Encouraging commitment to healthy recovery behaviors through active problem-solving and modeling recovery behaviors.
  • Identifying triggers and developing relapse prevention plans with the ACCS team.
  • Working towards certification with a BSAS-training recovery coach supervisor.

Adult Community Clinical Services is a program that serves adults with mental health concerns. ACCS is a multifaceted program which uses an integrated team model to perpetuate recovery and wellness for the individuals served.

What are we looking for in a Recovery Coach?
  • Experience working with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders (preferred).
  • Completion of the Recovery Coach Academy training by BSAS approved provider or be willing to complete this within 1 yr of hire (required).
  • Enrollment in or completion of a CADAC program (preferred).
  • Familiarity with a wide range of recovery support services including but not limited to peer based recovery supports.
  • Interest in helping others obtain recovery.
  • Good communication skills.
