Challenger Lifts, Inc., a division of Snap-on, Inc. is seeking a candidate that is able to receive all paperwork properly according to our processes and respond quickly in a fast paced Industrial production environment. This candidate must be able to perform all LTL/Bill of Lading/Label responsibilities Challenger manufactures heavy steel industrial automotive lifts.

Apply if you have experience in LTL and Bill of Ladings.


  • Receiving all paperwork to include making & verifying blind receivers
  • Enter receivers into system & making sure the receiving process is being followed & resolving all issues
  • Ensure all vendors are checking in upon arrival
  • Ensuring parts are labeled correctly & ensuring parts are being put away in a timely manner
  • Responsible for Bill of Lading/Labels
  • Develop and maintain departmental metrics to monitor ongoing improvements
  • Enter in location and warehouse transfers to LN
  • Receive all product into LN including product received at offsite warehouses
  • Create Bill of Ladings and Labels for each drop (different locations)
  • Create Bill of Ladings for Service parts orders, Lift orders, amd 3 rd party for LTL's
  • Set up NTR returns (create bill of ladings and request LTL pick-ups)
  • Scheduling pick-ups with carriers
  • Troubleshoot reconsignments: rerouting shipments, correcting phone numbers, and tracking
  • Other duties as requested by Manager


  • High School diploma or GED
  • Have previous experience with Bill of Ladings & LTL's
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenin
  • Warehouse experience
  • Great attendance record
  • Must wear steel toes shoes
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and effective manner
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges and be a self starter
  • Able to work overtime as needed
  • Must be able to stand for 8+ hours daily
  • Must be able to work as a team player
