The position includes teaching in face-to-face, hybrid, online, and weekend formats primarily for Middle Childhood Education programs as well as liaising with schools, and state and community organizations. The incumbent works positively with other faculty, staff, students, and the community, teaches courses as assigned in keeping with the University's workload policy, has an active research/creative work agenda, and participates in university and community service. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.

Required Education and/or Experience: PhD, EdD, or ABD in an Education field;

Teaching Experience.

Preferred Education and/or Experience: Teaching experience in a middle grades setting (4th-8th); Research consistent with departmental focus and needs; College teaching experience; Online teaching experience.
