JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for adherence to company and departmental policies, procedures and practices.

• Must be working towards an Engineering degree with a minimum of 2 completed semesters

• Basic understanding of statistics

• Assist with preparation for third party ISO audits.

• Maintain quality control records (Quality Management course preferred)

• Must have problem solving skills (i.e. using structured problem solving 8D, 5Why's)

• Strong desire to improve the manufacturing process through the application of working with people, machines and processes

• Verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and strong time management

• Must be detail oriented

• Available to work during summer

• Able to work minimum of 32 hours per week (time can be flexible)
