Apply now for the position of Quality Engineer with our Designated Complaint Handling Unit. This position is located in Hoffman Estates, IL and/or remote.

Your role:

• You will be responsible for the entire aspect of customer complaint management
• You will be responsible for Syngo.VIA complaint management
• You will be responsible for contributions to overall Post Market Surveillance
• You will be an integral part of the inspection and audit team
• You will support compliance activities for adverse event and recall reporting

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers

• You are familiar either with Nuclear Medicine/PET devices and/or medical device regulations
• You have excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines
• You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• You have a proficiency or interest in automating data and using tools such as, Power BI

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
