Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Python Developer to join our technology team and enhance our application development capabilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python programming and possess a strong background in designing, developing, and securing robust applications, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and ensuring high security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Python applications, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and maintainability using advanced programming and object-oriented design principles.

• Develop and secure RESTful APIs, implementing robust authentication and authorization measures to protect data and system integrity.

• Ensure efficient and secure data interactions with SQL and NoSQL databases, optimizing performance and maintaining data integrity.

• Utilize version control tools, like Git, to maintain a reliable development workflow.

• Employ Docker for containerization, facilitating consistent environments across development, testing, and production.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product managers, to define requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Mentor junior developers and lead internal knowledge sharing to promote a culture of technical excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on Python and object-oriented programming.

• Proven expertise in API design, application security including authentication and authorization protocols.

• Solid experience with Docker and familiarity with CI/CD practices.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to design effective solutions to complex problems.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in dynamic, agile environments.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
