Due to a continued demand for our services, we're looking to add a Project Manager to our team in Colorado, Texas & Minnesota locations! What You Will Be Doing You will be responsible for working safely within an Incident & Injury free culture, providing leadership throughout the course of each project to ensure timely and quality execution. You will facilitate collaborative team efforts amongst the designers, owners & subcontractors. You will review project plans and complete risk assessments. You will analyze and manage project progress, cost, budget and cash flow.
What You Need for this Position At least 6 years of experience in construction project management plus:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field-
- Experience managing projects greater than $5 million
- Proficiency with Prolog, MS Project, P6, Procore, Bluebeam a plus
- Current OSHA 30 certification or ability to become current
- Ability to travel

- Or completion of Associate's Degree plus 8+ years of relevant PM experience
