Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team at their luxurious Delray Beach location! The Project Coordinator ensures clients receive a top-tier experience throughout the process of their project, as well as provide support to Project Managers and the Sales Team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, customer service focused go-getter who is organized and thrives in a collaborative environment.

This position is 100% onsite in Delray Beach, FL - Local Candidates Only!

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service (In-person, over the phone, and through email)
• Schedule appointments, inspections, etc
• Showcase products and educate clients on services face-to-face when needed
• Maintain and operate CRM
• Communicate with teams across the company and provide support where needed
• Collect payments
• Administrative duties: Filing, scanning, etc

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project coordination, customer service, or a related field
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
• High level of integrity
• Ability to remain focused and positive in a fast paced environment
