The Project Coordinator will drive collaboration and organization within the digital strategy team and its internal and external partners. The Project Coordinator will assist as these teams provide new capabilities to the organization and assist in fulfilling these initiatives. This includes utilizing and managing project management tools, meeting invites, internal and external stakeholders, in addition to, working with various teams across the bank

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • The Project Coordinator will drive collaboration and organization within the digital strategy team and its internal and external partners. The Project Coordinator will assist as these teams provide new capabilities to the organization and assist in fulfilling these initiatives. This includes utilizing and managing project management tools, meeting invites, internal and external stakeholders, in addition to, working with various teams across the bank
  • This role requires a person who is highly organized, proactive, with excellent communication skills, and has the ability to understand processes and procedures across the bank.
  • This role will coordinate and manage cross-functional digital projects including helping coordinate project tasks, create content to drive change, setup processes and procedures to optimize project and approach methodologies for the digital strategy team.
  • This team will be a liaison with our external vendors for managing procedures and protocols
  • Aid day-to-day activities within digital strategy teams to help coordinate cross-collaboration and manage stakeholders
  • Create PowerPoints and gather KPIs to track progress across projects and present them
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, utilize data insights, share relevant technology trends, and define digital solutions.

Minimum Education and/or Certifications Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Project Management, or related.

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

2-3 years proven working experience in a project management role and proven working experience in a digital strategist or similar role

Technical and/or Other Essential Knowledge:

Mastery in Microsoft Office: MS Excel Advanced and MS PowerPoint Advanced

Proficiency:
  • Salesforce CRM Analytics (previously Tableau CRM)
  • nCino

  • Knowledge:

  • Project management, organizational: MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint and Teamwork, Jira, or similar


  • Desirable:

  • Experience with analytic techniques, statistical modeling, and web analytics technologies such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics a plus


  • Bilingual (Spanish) desirable but not required
