Program Manager   (Req. 29503)

The Program Administrator is responsible for the logistical implementation and event coordination for open enrollment and custom executive education programs. S/he holds various administrative responsibilities for EE The Incumbent assigns work to student support staff and oversees their work product. S/he negotiates with and acts as a liaison to vendors and suppliers and is responsible for ensuring that suppliers, vendors, and program faculty get paid in a timely manner. Additionally, the Program Administrator is responsible for maintaining and management of EE's Executive Lounge, setting up classrooms for program use, and acting alongside or in place of the Program Manager for some EE programs.

  • Demonstrated experience in the area of program implementation and logistics.
  • Demonstrated experience in the area of program budget creation, management and analysis.
  • Knowledge of accounting, with demonstrated ability to process invoices, track expenses and adhere to budgets.
  • Strong proficiency using various hardware and software programs: Word (creation of forms & tables, signs, labels), Excel (formulas, database function, spreadsheets, data sorts, mail merges, etc.), PowerPoint, email, electronic calendaring system, Internet (web searches), contact management software, (SalesForce preferred) travel and entertainment reimbursement software (Express preferred), database, Zoom and other video conferencing and online delivery platforms; Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Management supervision skills, including: organizing work flow to accomplish established objectives, delegating responsibility; training, evaluating subordinate effectiveness; administering necessary discipline.
