This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Responding to Pool Minding Alerts to proactively keep production service pools healthy & reduce reliability risk.
• Managing Resource Requests from Resource Planning groups (eg Site Reliability Engineering, Engineering Teams, Anchor Planning Teams, PAG/PG leads) to FTE team for all Infrastructure services.
• Managing Supply Planning Operations including ordering of weekly resources (Machine Orders), writing the weekly health reports, monitoring in progress orders, and escalating in case of SLO slippage for critical growth dependencies.
• Establishing migration plans to move services between locations to mitigate against data center constraints.
• Executing replacement plans for large-scale infrastructure projects, i.e. cluster turndowns, cluster migrations due to limited data center space, service rebalance due to resource constraints.
• Assisting in Special Projects (eg building data pipelines for automated reporting & metrics management)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• (Preferred) 3-5+ years of industry experience BA/BS degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or equivalent experience. Relevant work experience and some coding experience in SQL and Python Data Visualization experience (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Python Libraries (Plotly Express, Seaborn, Matplotlib)) Specific Tools or Applications experience (ex. Google Apps, Salesforce CRM, etc) Certification or license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco) Google Apps: Familiarity with google suite of applications: gmail, docs, sheets, and slide.
