ECS is seeking a Program Manager to work in our Washington, DC office.

Job Description:

  • Day-to-day management of STOR195 + MES teams
  • Ensure coverage across PIV, RSA, NSS PKI, SCINet environments for T2, T3 support
  • Serve as primary POC for customer to engage team
  • Serve as escalation point for critical operations or support issues
  • Write or delegate After Action Reports
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and data calls
  • Provide PIV stats, cost breakdowns, other reports as required
  • Set long-term priorities for each team
  • Working with product owner (SITS), RTE to define features and stories for each Agile release
  • Participate and/or lead in release planning events, demos, other agile events (e.g., Scrum of Scrums, etc.)
  • Contractually Obligated Deliverables:
  • Weekly reports
  • Credentialing stats (RSA, PIV, NSS PKI)
  • Service Manager counts (open/closed incidents and requests)
  • Monthly reports
  • Staffing
  • Burndown
  • Task Order Compliance
  • Interview job candidates and manage onboarding
  • Represent FBI at CNSS MGB meetings
Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000
