We are actively hiring for a Product Manager to join our team. Are you a Product Manager with experience supporting personal lines products? Join us and support CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, in achieving our goals

A typical day as Product Manager includes:

  • Developing and Managing personal lines auto insurance products

  • Providing thought leadership to product development efforts

  • Developing, modifying and implementing policies and procedures

  • Finding opportunities to strengthen product rules in a way that improves operational efficiency

  • Reviewing the competitive environment to understand market dynamics and opportunities

  • Being a champion for our countrywide vision for current and future personal lines products

  • Advocating for our customer experience, as well as business goals and priorities

Strategic Innovation and Growth

  • Providing strategic direction, consulting and recommendations to senior management for future product enhancements

  • Influencing cross-functional partners and support teams toward business objectives

  • Developing acquisition and retention strategies to achieve business goals

What would make us excited about you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math/Actuarial Science or related field of study

  • 8+ years of product management and/or product development experience within the property and casualty insurance industry

  • Demonstrated success with large product development and/or management initiatives

  • Strong knowledge of product management, product development, marketing strategy and principles, and strategic planning

  • Financial analysis experience - skilled in budgets, cost estimates, cost benefit analysis

  • Business and technical writing skills (e.g.. proposals, PowerPoint presentation, business requirements, Microsoft project, Suite Microsoft Office)

  • Skilled in project management techniques and processes

  • Effective communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills

  • Problem solving skills

  • Experience managing motorcycle products (highly preferred)

  • MBA or Master's degree (preferred)

Per Nevada SB293 we are disclosing the compensation, or range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be, performed in Nevada. If performed in Nevada, this position has a salary range of $115,000-$136,000. In compliance of Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position has a salary range of $117,000- $129,000 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 15% of eligible pay. Please note, hourly or salary compensation, or the range of hourly or salary compensation available for a position may vary by location. We reserve the right to amend these benefits at any time and actual compensation will be determined at time of offer.
