Product Manager

A typical day as Product Manager includes:

• Developing and Managing personal lines auto insurance products

• Providing thought leadership to product development efforts

• Developing, modifying and implementing policies and procedures

• Finding opportunities to strengthen product rules in a way that improves operational efficiency

• Reviewing the competitive environment to understand market dynamics and opportunities

• Being a champion for our countrywide vision for current and future personal lines products

• Advocating for our customer experience, as well as business goals and priorities

Strategic Innovation and Growth

• Providing strategic direction, consulting and recommendations to senior management for future product enhancements

• Influencing cross-functional partners and support teams toward business objectives

• Developing acquisition and retention strategies to achieve business goals

What would make us excited about you?

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math/Actuarial Science or related field of study

• 8+ years of product management and/or product development experience within the property and casualty insurance industry

• Demonstrated success with large product development and/or management initiatives

• Strong knowledge of product management, product development, marketing strategy and principles, and strategic planning

• Financial analysis experience - skilled in budgets, cost estimates, cost benefit analysis

• Business and technical writing skills (e.g.. proposals, PowerPoint presentation, business requirements, Microsoft project, Suite Microsoft Office)

• Skilled in project management techniques and processes

• Effective communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills

• Problem solving skills

• Experience managing motorcycle products (highly preferred)

• MBA or Master's degree (preferred)

If performed in Nevada, this position has a salary range of $115,000-$136,000. In compliance of Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position has a salary range of $117,000- $129,000 with an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 15% of eligible pay. Please note, hourly or salary compensation, or the range of hourly or salary compensation available for a position may vary by location. We reserve the right to amend these benefits at any time and actual compensation will be determined at time of offer.
