Summary of Role:

Act as a process owner, and expert on developing etch processes.

Essential Responsibilities:

Act as a process owner, and expert on developing etch processes. Utilize structured problem solving tools to understand issues observed during manufacturing and implement proper corrective action and preventative action plans. Identify gaps in FMEA based on manufacturing issues and update FMEA accordingly based on new failure mode learnings. Develop procedures, specifications for tool and process operations and provide training to shift team and junior engineers. Engage with suppliers and attend technical reviews.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Education - Masters' degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical Engineering or a related field of study.
• Experience - 3 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate engineering experience in job offered, as a Process Engineer or related occupation. Requires 3 years of engineering experience in: (1) monitoring and troubleshooting tool issues and creating recovery specs of etch tools; (2) SPACE SPC tools; (3) 5-WHY, 8-D or similar tools; (4) gap identification and updates of FMEA; (5) JMP for data analysis and generating DOE reports; (6) generating tool matching reports; (7) plasma properties.

Salary range : $117,439 - $133,100

Salary range: $117,439 - $133,100
