We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Prevailing Wage Compliance Senior Manager to join our GovCon Advisory team.

This is a virtual position. A virtual position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. As a virtual employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client working, team meetings or training.

    YOUR ROLE.

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:
    • Leading engagement teams on consulting engagements / wage monitoring engagements
    • Reviewing contract agreements for IRA PWA compliance related items
    • Providing strategic direction to execution team compliance program assessments
    • Reviewing and revising draft client reports
    • Providing management oversight to execution teams on wage monitoring engagements, including providing technical assistance regarding scopes of work performed by contractors and interpretation of prevailing wage classifications
    • Reviewing work product generated by team regarding regulatory penalties, interest calculations and remediation
    • Review and revise draft client reports
    • Lead weekly/monthly client meetings
    • Participating in lead generation and initial client inquiries, researching potential clients and preparing summaries for sales team
    • Participating in sales calls / presentations with clients and the proposal process. Assisting with thought leadership in sales approach
    • Leading the proposal and scoping process
    • Reviewing financial models prepared by team prior to submittal to potential client
    YOUR EXPERIENCE.

    The successful candidate will have:
    • BS/BA or equivalent years of relevant experience
    • Minimum 10 years of experience ing construction compliance or government contracting with exceptional knowledge of Davis Bacon and prevailing wages.
    • Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
    • Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
    • Strong research skills
    • Solid organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
