We are looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager with at least 3 years experience and projects up to 30 million dollars and can handle a good amount of projects at any given time. What You Will Be Doing -Responsible to accurately manage all aspects of estimating, constructability and value analysis, including the timely management of take-off functions, subcontractor bid solicitation, estimate maintenance, and final deliverables.
-Collaborate with the operations team, owners, designers and subcontractors to ensure the design phase is completed on time with acceptable GMP. Work with Project Leadership team to ensure accuracy of cost estimates, scopes of work and schedule requirements. Identify and effectively manage owner expectations during the preconstruction phase.
-Work with senior leadership to set clear and attainable goals for preconstruction teams. Participate in training opportunities to increase technical and leadership competencies.
What You Need for this Position -Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
-5 years in the construction industry
-Experience with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Revit, and Plan Grid
-Valid Drivers license
-Willingness to learn and grow
-Great communication skills(written and verbal)
