Personal Injury Paralegal:

We are seeking a talented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing priorities. This position is full-time, in-office, 8:30am-5pm with one hour lunch break. We provide health insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays, and matching 401k benefits.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Assist attorney in all phases of pre and post litigation matters.
• Prepare and maintain court calendars, deadlines, and scheduling.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
• Organize and maintain case files and documents using documentation management system.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a paralegal in personal injury litigation.
• Prior litigation or paralegal experience, or paralegal degree/certificate/certification.
• Civil litigation experience in the area of insurance defense or personal injury.
• Background in preparing discovery requests/responses and development of medical evidence.
• Strong computer skills and experience working in an electronic/digital environment.
• Complete work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management multitasking skills.
