In this role, you will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO. This role is hybrid with both remote and in-office days; hybrid work begins after training is complete.
Your success in this role is measured by your ability to work collaboratively across the business with employees who have inquiries about all human resources related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to help cases in the HCM system (Workday); escalate inquiries outside of documented policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate workforce administration across the full employee lifecycle, including creating all documents necessary related to hiring, employee changes, and terminations.
- Administer employee benefits that are related to employee terms, conditions, and pay.
- Ensure inquiries are actioned, resolved, and tracked in accordance with documented process.
Key Requirements To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year of experience in human resources, a shared service environment, payroll coordination, or other related area.
- Ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
- Must be able to work autonomously but use good judgement to escalate matters when needed.

- Pay Range in the United States: $26.50/hour - $29.30/hour based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 5% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
