Audi Flatirons has an outstanding opportunity for a Part-Time Receptionist to join the Holman Family!

What will you do?

Our Receptionist role is located in-store to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Dealership. The Receptionist:

• Answers all inbound and internal calls to the main switchboard and directs the call to appropriate person or department.
  
• Greets employees and occasional visitors at the employee entrance.
  
• Researches names, departments and extensions for proper call routing.
  
• Assists in department projects that can be performed without impacting call flow.
  
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
  

What are we looking for?

• High school diploma
  
• Familiarity with dealership operations a plus
  
• Time management, organization
  
• Previous phone experience preferred
  
• Strong verbal communication skills, both in-person and via phone
  
• Ability to handle a high number of inbound calls.
  
• Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
  
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, staff and customers.
  
• Must be customer service oriented.
  
• Previous switchboard experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment.
  
• Basic skill in Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a team setting.
  

Compensation starts at $17.51/hour
