Job Summary

• Provides general maintenance and support to Indiana University's tech park facilities, including Cyberinfrastructure building, Innovation Center, and Global Network Operations Center building.
• Monitors and responds to tickets in ServiceNow for requests from staff regarding facility issues, event setups, and assistance with moving furniture/equipment.
• Receives, sorts and delivers mail to mail boxes.
• Manages dock for the confirmation and delivery of packages/equipment ordered by staff.
• Maintains cleanliness of buildings and duties as assigned.
