Our client has an excellent opportunity for a talented and detail-oriented team member with experience generating and developing new business, maintaining, building, and growing relationships with key clients and new business opportunities. As the sales department continues to exceed sales and growth targets, they are seeking a candidate that is highly motivated and experienced in developing a new client base. This candidate will support and work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing, as well as our Sales Team Leader.
Required Skills/Competencies
• A minimum of 2+ years of demonstrated sales and new business development experience.
• Responsible for developing new strategic accounts and assisting in developing relationships with key clients.
• Ability to set and maintain scheduled meetings and presentations with both existing and potential customers daily.
• An eagerness and excitement to prospect and expand on existing territories.
• Attend industry trade shows and industry events.
• Direct administrative report to the VP of Sales & Marketing while working with Sales Team Leader to develop new clients and markets.
• Participate in Business Development planning and achieve company sales goals.
• A daily emphasis on consistently making cold calls to prospective customers.
• Analyze and recommend strategies and assist with the development of marketing plans.
• Provides customer service and functions as one of the primary contact points for clients.
• Resolve client issues and manage their product needs.
• Proactively assess and validate client needs on an ongoing basis.
• Professionally represent the company at various trade shows and marketing functions.
• Communicate industry information related to product and service growth opportunities while working closely with senior leadership to establish and achieve territory sales goals.
• Desire and aptitude for learning our market and products to ensure customer satisfaction and
new client needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Manage and update the sales Client Relationship Manager (CRM).

• You will be expected to travel to our customers location at least 1x per month
• This position is required to be in the office 5X per week

• Ability to express concepts and new products in a clear and concise manner.
