We are seeking a Program Manager to manage quality improvement programs by supporting the development of its annual quality plan and portfolio of improvement projects. The Department's portfolio will be aligned with organizational priorities and includes support for projects from various physician-led programs, including the Improvement Capability Development Program (ICDP), Value-Based Care (VBC), Cost Savings Reinvestment Program (CSRP), Wellness, and the Unit Based Medial Program (UBMD).
