Responsibilities

The Patient Care Assistant is responsible for providing nursing care to patients under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse. PCA's perform routine direct patient care activities following established policies and procedures in a manner conducive to the safety and comfort of the patient.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• PAtient Care Experience (required)

• CPR Certification
• BLS Certification
