The Manager Cybersecurity Operations will be responsible for ensuring the security of our organization's Information Technology assets through operation of the Vulnerability Management and Offensive Security programs. This individual will play a key role in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization's Information Technology assets, as well as identifying and mitigating potential security risks. The Sr. Analyst will ensure penetration testing is coordinated and findings are mitigated, vulnerabilities are assessed and prioritized appropriately, and perform in-depth technical security control testing to properly understand the strengths and weaknesses of every layer of defense.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Plan and coordinate thorough penetration tests on systems, networks, and applications to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
- Analyze and report on findings and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Manage and oversee the organization's vulnerability management program.
- Identify, prioritize, and oversee the remediation of vulnerabilities across the infrastructure and applications.
- Develop and maintain secure configuration standards for various systems and applications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for configuration management.
- Assist in incident response and threat hunting activities.
- Perform comprehensive technical analysis of security controls and identify any visibility gaps within the security infrastructure.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance security controls and improve overall visibility.

**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security analyst or related role.
- Strong knowledge of penetration testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience in managing and implementing vulnerability management programs.
- Proficiency in configuration management best practices and tools.
- Expertise in conducting controls testing and visibility gap analysis.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GIAC or similar are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Splunk and other SIEM platforms desired.

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
