  • Billing Management:
    • Generate and submit accurate medical claims to insurance companies and government agencies.
    • Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
    • Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements.
    • Resolve billing discrepancies and denials in a timely manner.
    • Follow up on unpaid claims and pursue reimbursement.
  • Aging Accounts Monitoring:
    • Analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and outstanding balances.
    • Contact patients, insurance companies, and other parties to follow up on unpaid invoices.
    • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with patients and insurance providers.
    • Document all communications and actions taken regarding aging accounts.
  • Insurance Claims Processing:
    • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and billing guidelines.
    • Stay updated on changes in insurance policies, codes, and procedures.
    • Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims as needed.
    • Collaborate with insurance representatives to resolve claim issues.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient billing records.
    • Enter charges, payments, and adjustments into the billing system.
    • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and billing accuracy

  • Additional Information:

    Monday- Friday 7:30am-4pm or 8am-4:30pm

    Pay: $21-26/hr. + benefits

    100% onsite, Bloomington
