We are seeking a dedicated Medical Benefits Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our company's growth in the healthcare industry while enjoying a supportive work culture and comprehensive benefits package.

Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm

Pay: $28-$30/hour

Job Duties/Description:

• Collect client file documents to assess insurance eligibility, including client forms and insurance cards.

• Identify trial requirements and document them in Salesforce for future reference.

• Manage the submission of new provider contracts and oversee the renewal process for existing provider contracts.

• Analyze the progression of client files from trial request to claim submission, offering recommendations for improvement.

• Establish electronic folder structures for clients and organize and save client documents accordingly.

• Collaborate with insurance firms to document client eligibility accurately.

• Maintain detail records of customer interactions.

• Demonstrate proficiency in customer relations systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant databases.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via e-mail, mail, fax, chat or over the phone.

• Perform data collection and maintenance tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical insurance.

• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to collaborate effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.

• Efficient problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
