Job Description

• Supervise others in performing client's service requirements.
  
• Coach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational
  
• Completes routine laboratory procedures such as but not limited to preparation of solvents, buffers, media, mixing of chemicals, etc.
• Reports timely and accurate test results according to laboratory policies and procedures
• Follows GDP standards for all documentation.
• Routine maintenance of lab instruments and troubleshooting.
• Stores chemicals properly, disposes of chemical waste, adheres to safety procedures, and participates in safety programs.
• Manages inventory, maintains laboratory supplies including glassware and chemicals for biotech/pharmaceutical processes.
• Tracks and documents chemical usage and inventory.
• Maintains clean room to prevent contamination and integrity of production.
• Operates laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Calibrate balances and pH meters.
• Inspect laboratory safety stations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Biochemistry, or other related degree concentration

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Malvern, PA are encouraged to apply.
