What You'll Do
- Develop highly performant, reliable, and scalable Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance (DG), and Data Strategy solutions for a variety of local clients
- Oversee progress on multiple projects and coach more junior team members on challenging technical problems
- Assist Slalom account teams prepare and present Slalom MDM, DG and/or Data Strategy capabilities and services to perspective clients
- Shape our approach to leading data governance challenges by developing thought leadership, developing sales and proposal content, and contributing to a broader community of practice across our data and analytics team.
What You'll BringExperience working on large scale, multi-domain MDM, DG, and/or Data Strategy projects
- Steering analysis, architecture, design and development of Master Data Management solutions
- Experience in designing, configuring and deploying MDM solutions on a leading platform (Profisee, Reltio, Informatica, Semarchy)
- Experience with defining, organizing and publishing business and technical metadata
- Experience providing architectural, technical and strategic advisory in the adoption and deployment of data governance technologies (including but not limited to metadata management platforms, master and reference data management platforms, data quality monitoring tools and data lineage)
