Master Data Management Business Partner

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing enterprise data management documentation, process flows and leading projects that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. This position will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact functional areas and data integrity.

JOBS SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEGE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
• Experience in Change Management processes, master data management best practices, process flow development and ability to train team members
• Experience with implementing and supporting MDM processes, training various team members and governing MDM processes to align data, processes, and reporting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office preferred, especially Teams, Visio, Excel, and Word
• Good organization and planning skills with ability to develop and execute multifaceted project plans
• Process and controls centric mindset
• Skilled at active listening, written and verbal communication
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, growing, and innovative organization
• Proven ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with peers and providing leadership or guidance as needed
• Actively seeks and solicits feedback, especially related to critical projects
• Must be proactive, self-starting and intrinsically motivated
• SAP S4 experience preferred
• Exposure to the business functions of a manufacturing enterprise from a finance, supply chain, commercial or business analysis perspective

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing and assessing user requests and troubleshooting issues related to processes and systems integrated with SAP as well as SAP
• Provide guidance and instruction to internal and external users on processes and SAP use
• Develop training documents related to processes in SAP
• Develop work instructions for MDM processes
• Set up training and work instruction infrastructure in Content Management Tool
• Develop processes to keep centralized instructional documentation current
• Lead projects related to change management activities and process improvements. This includes developing project tracking; project report out and ensuring stakeholders use consistent tools and drive to consistent output and documentation meeting Loparex standards
• Facilitate all master data management documentation, while ensuring cross-functional adoption and approval
• Collaborate with stakeholders ensuring consistent use and application of processes and system solutions across functions and teams
• Analyze business process information to identify key issues, trends and potential root causes that identify opportunities for improvement and additional training and documentation
• Effectively manage the day-to-day activities to ensure completion of key tasks and activities related to ensuring accuracy and that all master data is current
• Execute deliverables based on timeline and plan related to the Master Data needs of the organization

SECONDARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to write standardized documented procedures / work instructions for a global ERP/MES platform
• Ability to develop Gantt chart for project planning
• Position will require travel including international destinations
• May also require working on different time zones while in the US
