JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Engagement Specialist is a newly created role responsible for coordinating social media campaigns across all platforms of the Moses/Weitzman Health System and its affiliates, and fulfilling critical engagement activities across those social media and public-facing platforms. A critical part of this role will be conducting competitor research and advancing our social listening strategy into greater maturity as a collaborator in a larger system-wide omnichannel digital and integrated marketing strategy.
Specific responsibilities for this position include support for events and projects. The Specialist will work collaboratively with other members of the team, internal and external colleagues and vendors.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create innovative social media content as connected to the organization's data-informed digital marketing strategy
• Support social media projects that align with the organizational omnichannel digital and integrated marketing strategy at the direction of the Director of Digital Marketing
• Provide ongoing goals and metrics to evaluate the success of designated social media campaigns
• Become the SME on Sprout Social and leveraging the platform's capabilities as an important piece of our digital and larger communications strategy, particularly social listening, analytics and industry-research

• Lead maintenance of internal integrated marketing calendar
• Assist in developing, executing and evaluating the social media outreach component of marketing campaigns for MWHS, its affiliates and programs
• Serve as organizational lead for engagement, while identifying opportunities for growth as part of our omnichannel integrated marketing strategy.
• Provide support as needed for additional externally facing marketing campaigns and communications project.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills and Education
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3 to 5 years' experience in social media marketing or digital media
• Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational, time-management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates ability to work cooperatively with other members of a team
• Ability to work independently, with integrity and committed to best practices in data and privacy
• Ability to work nights and weekend if needed
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications
• Current Driver's license

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICIATIONS
Excellent oral and written skills are required. This position is highly involved with staff, clients, colleagues, outside vendors and the community. Experience working with Sprout Social, Adobe Creative Suite and related platforms are a plus, as is experience in health care, health equity, policy or related nonprofit work.
