Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $22-$28/hour depending on experience

Summary:

The Marketing Admin is responsible for supporting the team through executing timelines and calendars, keeping team resources updated, supporting marketing projects and processes, and effectively communicating with the entire marketing organization. This role will rely heavily on organizational skills to ensure the department is effective, efficient, and is able to operate at a high capacity. A strong candidate will demonstrate initiative to get things done right, is inherently organized, is a natural problem-solver and collaborator, and works well with a team and independently.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support the VP of Marketing and Marketing Leadership Team. This could include calendar oversight, meeting scheduling & coordination, meeting notes, pulling data together, or other special projects.
  • Facilitate & execute Marketing team meetings. This includes PowerPoint deck creation/edits, calendar scheduling, creating meeting agendas, taking meetings notes, sending recaps, and facilitating discussion during meetings.
  • Plan and execute team functions, events, and team outings. From coordinating the date and agenda to ensuring the team will have a positive experience, ensure that all details are planned out (such as the Annual offsite event).
  • Develop & maintain accessible and useful reference materials for the marketing team to help the team operate effectively and efficiently and enable them to do great work (templates, guidelines, org charts, onboarding docs, UPC lists, marketing team info, reports, SharePoint sites, tools, etc.).
  • Support marketing planning as needed. Execute critical planning dates and milestones by ensuring calendar invites are sent and the right people are involved.
  • Work with manager to support the marketing coupon program. Help to create barcodes, estimate redemption, support budget and forecasting, and verify coupon design is accurate.
  • Coordinate the approval process of consumer-facing materials. From ensuring the marketing team or agency is ready to present work, scheduling the time for it to happen, and ensuring the right stakeholders are involved and give feedback in an orderly and timely manner.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • 1-3 years of administrative or marketing operations experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
