Position Overview

  • Performs specialized administration tasks including but not limited to payroll, administering the training program and support Manufacturing Management in the Hutchinson Nacelle Facility.
  • Relocation will not be offered for this role.
Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll accurately by gathering data and information from the Production organization utilizing excel spreadsheets and payroll programs (e.g. personal working hours, absenteeism, operating grade, workload, etc.).
  • Prepares routine reports, correspondence, and/or statistics, for unit management.
  • Maintains records and filing systems; types and/or enters data into computer systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database, or specialized software packages.
  • Performs the administration of the plant training program, projects, and/or processes specific to the organizational unit served.
  • Partnering with key departments to provide administrative support.
  • Ordering and reconciling corporate credit card log for indirect plant costs.
Required Knowledge, Education, Experience and Skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience.
  • Must have a high degree of competence in the use of the following Software systems Office 365 suite, Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint.
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
  • Payroll experience preferred.
  • Human Resource experience preferred.
  • Prior experience and understanding of how to handle confidential data is required.

Preferred Knowledge, Education, Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years related experience.

  • Human Resource experience preferred.
