Bullhorn is looking for a Managing Director, Enterprise Sales to join our Enterprise Sales team.

Why this job is important:
As a Managing Director in Bullhorn's Enterprise Global Accounts, you are responsible for the overall health and growth of a subset of Bullhorn's most strategic accounts across the region. Under your leadership, you are responsible for defining the strategic direction for your territory, as well as building a strong team of Account Directors and Account Specialists to help execute that vision. This is a hands-on leadership role, with the expectation that you are working alongside your team to stay close to critical client conversations, provide executive overview for strategic sales campaigns and provide real-team coaching and feedback to your team. You are also expected to contribute as a valued member of the Enterprise management team that is focused on identifying opportunities, removing obstacles and influencing the continued growth of the global Enterprise business.
