This position is responsible for the day to day execution of the Wal-Mart business and supporting the sales lead to ensure best in class service to the Wal-Mart account. This position will work cross functionally both internally and externally to guarantee a seamless omni experience. Ideal candidate has a combination of attention to detail with a vision on how to leverage new technologies to maximize efficiencies for future work. This position is key to a successful relationship by providing both Wal-Mart and HBI with a reliable resource to hit key deliverables in a timely matter with accurate information to maximize sales and profit for both parties.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales lead to achieve results consistent with volume and profit objectives.
  • Deliver ad hoc business analysis to assist in maximizing volume for HBI.
  • Work cross functionally to execute against product and promotional strategies.
  • Take a leadership role in HBI's TRAK process to ensure successful execution of programs and completion of objectives.
  • Oversee item creation process and maintenance to ensure flawless order flow to maximize sales
  • Maintain Walmart PDP's to guarantee a first class omni experience
  • Responsible for developing and upkeep of master price file for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Own strategies to maximize Plan-o-gram opportunities, with goal to limit markdowns and optimize sales.
  • Assist in trade and deduction budgeting/allocation with multiple stakeholders to provide maximum visibility
  • Identify areas to streamline workflow with new technologies (Luminate, Salsify, etc) to maximize productivity
  • Develop strong relationships with account management, buying, replenishment and financial planning staffs.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Education/ Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field with 5+ years relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred Education/ Experience:Master's degree in Business, Marketing or related field + 3+ relevant work experience
  • Min 5+ years sales, or marketing experience in the apparel industry and/or CPG experience.
  • Experience with VMI and/or Managing Retailer based replenishment preferred
