The Role
Leads a team of technical support roles, data analytics, and program management for AI deployment and integration into the business unit process/work flows. Works with the AI Strategist and Data Scientists to understand the techniques, methods, tools that should be used to develop solutions for problems and works with the Architect (Solutions, Data) to understand data, solutions, and platforms that can be used to develop solutions.
Creates strategies and business models for generating solutions and ensures the teams run quick analyses to ensure feasibility of approaches for solutions to use cases. Synthesizes the approach, data, process recommendations and provides the specs to the Pilot and Prove Team to develop proof-of-concept solutions.
Interprets outcomes of work to and ensures that they are relevant to the business domain. Informs analytics translators of business objectives and desire. Helps develop the materials for the businesses and/or executives understand insights/technical components of the solutions developed by the AI/ML COE.
Supports citizen-led AI/ML projects and upskilling training for AI/ML projects.
The Main Responsibilities
○ Ability to manage a team with high technical skills and business adoption/integration expertise
○ Strong statistical background and understanding of advanced analytic techniques; advanced understanding/coursework in database management and math (Linear, Algebra, Calculus)
○ Experience with A.I. and Machine Learning model development e.g. Neural nets, deep neural nets etc.
○ Proficiency in Azure AI Stack
○ Proficiency in statistical data analysis and data mining packages (e. g R, Python)
○ Solid programming skills in SQL, TSql, PL/SQL or similar database programming language
○ Be the single point of contact for the internal business units and Escalation lead over the technical and integration team.
○ Analyze data, provide insights and create reports in Power Bi
○ Strong business acumen and analytically savvy with experience developing financial models and business case for specific business solutions and use cases
○ Ability to crystalize business use cases into specific metrics that can be used to track measurement and improvement of the metrics pre and post the solution
○ Experienced at capturing functional requirements for Tech solution development
○ Intellectual curiosity, along with excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
○ Self-motivated and good sense of ownership - comfortable working in a fast paced environment with limited direction
What We Look For in a Candidate
○ Experience with ETL tools (e.g. SQL Server Integration Services)
○ Understanding and experience of integrating with APIs. Knowledge of standards such as REST, JSON, XML, SOAP and OAuth
○ Strong object oriented programming skills (e.g. Java, JavaScript, Scala)
○ Understanding of the Cloudera Big Data Stack. Hands on experience with Hive, Impala and Spark.
○ Experience with digital analytics concepts (e.g. Next Product to buy, cross channel attribution) and tools digital analytic (e. g. Google Analytics, CoreMetrics, SiteCatalyst)
○ Azure AI Certified
Tool and platform know-how
○ Data mining languages and packages (e.g.R, Python)
○ Programming skills in Python, C/C++, Java, R , MATLAB, Scala Big data frameworks (TensorFlow, Caffe, Spark, Hadoop, Azure AI Stack)
○ Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and other development tools e.g. JIRA, Power Bi, Tableau, SQl etc

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
