Job Title
Maintenance Technician - Night ShiftLocation
Schulenburg, TexasDescription
- Provide complete electrical and mechanical maintenance support to a high-speed glass canning facility that produces shelf-stable low-acid, and acidified foods, ensuring that processing, filling, sterilizing, and packaging equipment are maintained properly and kept operationally optimum.
- Execute repair work orders and requests in a timely manner to ensure production needs are met.
- Perform the above tasks in a safe manner following safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment and facilities.
- Provide immediate assistance to downtime situations.
- Trouble-shoot equipment malfunctions and make repairs accordingly.
- Aid with installation and set-up of new equipment Assist operators with setup and changeover issues as necessary.
- Perform work as scheduled on plant project lists and work order items.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
- Provide immediate assistance to downtime situations
Shift Schedule- 5pm - 5am Rotating Shift / 12 Hours
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Maintenance Knowledge of High Speed Manufacturing Equipment
