Summary:

This position is responsible managing four basic goals: Safety, downtime, budget and overtime.
Other duties include: completing work orders and preventative maintenance; supervising designated maintenance/production crew; ensuring tracking of budgets and product quality; scheduling maintenance crews and production orders; being responsible for logs and record keeping of safety for maintenance department. Other responsibilities include ensuring OSHA and other State and Local Government standards and programs are being implemented, instructing in the use of personal protective equipment, implementing new ways of improving ergonomics within the facility, and performing any additional assignments deemed appropriate.

Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: 3+ years general maintenance experience.

Experience in Industrial Maintenance and supervision is a plus.

Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge.

Communication Skills: Good oral and written communication skills.
