The Role:

The Maintenance Engineer will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing systems. You'll focus on predictive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and integrating modern technologies to maintain and enhance our machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage predictive and preventive maintenance programs, leveraging IoT and advanced analytics to anticipate and prevent equipment failures.
  • Implement and oversee maintenance processes for new and existing machinery, incorporating the latest in automation and smart technologies.
  • Perform detailed operational studies using modern diagnostic tools and software to establish maintenance standards and improvements.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure all equipment complies with industry 4.0 standards and safety regulations.
  • Innovate in the use of robotics and AI for maintenance and repair processes.
  • Design and conduct training on advanced maintenance technologies and techniques.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives in maintenance practices, focusing on energy efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Actively participate in and promote company-wide environmental and safety programs.
  • Maintain a workspace organized according to 5S principles for optimal efficiency and safety.

Required Experience
  • BS Degree in Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Maintenance, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with advanced maintenance technologies, including predictive maintenance software and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven maintenance strategies.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information.
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO 55000 (Asset Management) standards is a plus.
