YOUR ROLE

Responsible for the handling, moving, loading, and unloading of materials by hand or by using a variety of material handling equipment. Assist in inventory of stock, including stock rotation. Responsible for the shipping, receiving, and processing of freight according to company policies and procedures. Ensures the orderly stocking and/or timely delivery of merchandise. This is a 1st shift opportunity, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am through 2:30 pm.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Accountable for daily workstation duties and is a rrecognized skilled specialist in their job area.
• Help lead daily operations and mentor junior personnel. Train, delegate and review the work of lower-level employees.
• Solve problems that require analysis, judgment, and initiative.
• Make minor adjustments and enhancements to working methods to improve effectiveness of area.
• Opens and seals crates, boxes, cartons, and other containers.
• Collects, sorts, stores and distributes materials.
• Process orders from requisitions and dispense stock items.
• Provide administrative or technical support at a specialist level.
• Complete complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues.
• Make recommendations for new procedures.
• Incumbents independently perform a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors.
• Be the department or group "knowledge base" of information. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• High School Diploma or equivalent and/ or minimum 1+ years in a fast paced, high volume production environment preferred
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), interpersonal & conflict resolution skills, basic math skills.
• Knowledge of RF gun and functions associated with WMS
• Pre-employment drug screen required
